Enjoy 75 minutes of massage, this gives extra time for the therapist to address any pain areas, and provide relief, whether it's deeper work or lighter work needed, we always work with you knowing each time you come in your body may need attention in different areas.

 This allows for a blissful feeling of total immersion relaxation. Providing 30 minutes of targeted low back, hip and leg work of stretching and compressions. While also receiving 60 minutes of tradional massage to help alleviate pain, soreness or stress management. 

Deeper therapeutic work! Great for deep tissue clients! Series of stretching and compressions provided on a floor mat. Please call for more information. Good for tight hips, hamstrings and quads!! Great for people who need a little extra stretch in their routine.

Enjoy one hour of energy healing, balancing energy centers or clearing any anxiety, find insight, promote relaxation, calm the body and mind, wound healing, post surgical clearing, and emotional balance and so much more! 

Receive 75 minutes of hands on healing combined with massage, and  balancing of the bodies energy system.  Energy healing can be used for stress relief, calming the mind and body after stressful events, rebalancing the body after traumatic event, finding focus in your life and much more.  Receive 50 minutes of massage and 25 minutes of reiki/Healing touch. Bliss!!!

This session includes 30 min of energy healing and 60 minutes of massage therapy. Healing touch can be an added benefit for healing illnesses, anxiety, depression, intuitive exploration, self healing, wound healing, pre and post operations, calm nausea, and clearing effects of chemo therapy, decrease pain and stress and is non-invasive.
